Thank you for collecting original artwork by Jana Rae. Every painting is carefully packaged by hand to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Original paintings are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.

Packaging

Each painting is:

• Carefully wrapped in protective materials

• Securely packaged in a sturdy shipping box

• Shipped fully insured

• Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on destination and package size.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is available throughout the United States.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select paintings. Please contact me before purchasing so I can provide an accurate shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• the artwork

• the packaging

• the shipping box

This will help begin the insurance claim process.
